30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your training aids. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email us at support@thegolfbloom.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You don't need to send the item back.

 

Changed your mind

You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Email us first at support@thegolfbloom.com with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Bundles

You can return a full bundle for a refund of the bundle price. If you return only some items from a bundle, the refund is based on each item's share of the discounted bundle price.

 

Lost or late orders

If your tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you.
